Traveling Fellowships
The Committee offers programs for Harvard students who wish to conduct research or study outside of Cambridge. Please review the information below to learn more about these opportunities.
Traveling scholarship programs include exchange programs with international universities as well as traveling fellowships for study or research. In all cases, the scholarships and fellowships support a full academic year. The Committee does not fund shorter periods of research or summer research projects.
Traveling programs available for graduating seniors and graduate students include:
Kennedy, Knox, and Sheldon Traveling Fellowships for Dissertation or Post-Graduate Research
Traveling Fellowships to France
The Michel David-Weill Scholarship (for study at Sciences-Po)
The Luce Scholars Program in Asia
DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) Grants for Study and Research in Germany
The Jorge Paulo Lemann Fellowships for research in Brazil
Most programs for students graduating from Harvard College are managed by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships (please visit the URAF website and follow the links to the fellowships database).
